With Zone Zero on a lot of people’s minds, when our wooden gates started falling apart, I reached out to 5 companies and 2 individuals for a more permanent solution. Why so many? Because I only got 3 to respond, and one of those replied a month after I contacted them! After having the project manager, Adam Ahron, come out and listen to what we wanted, he showed us examples and a quick AI rendering of what it might look like. I was comfortable right away. While we did a stucco-coated masonry wall on both sides of the house, with iron gates and wall toppings, they also do aluminum, wood and vinyl fencing. As shown on their website, they also do patios, retaining walls, concrete work and outdoor kitchens too. Once work began, their crew was amazing! Elian and Chris did a ton of demo work and trenching on day one, when it was 94 degrees! The communication was faultless, and the work down to the style of the stucco application was excellent. There were no surprises, and for what to me is a big project, it went without a hitch. I cannot recommend New Age Design and Build more highly!

We recently completed a full backyard renovation with New Age Design and Build, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication & Management: Communication was a major strength. Our project manager, Jose, was proactive and consistently on top of every detail. We always knew what was happening next, and any questions were addressed quickly. The owners, Simon and Yotam, were also actively engaged and accessible, which added a lot of confidence throughout the process. Execution of Vision: I had a very specific vision for this project--from the retaining walls for our planters to the creation of a dedicated lounge area near the pool. They also flawlessly handled the technical drip irrigation plan and integrated landscape lighting. They executed every element with precision. The pool coping, tiling, and surfacing work was particularly excellent and has completely transformed the space. Quality & Reliability: They handled everything end-to-end, making the project straightforward and low-stress. They were flexible with changes and responsive to feedback while keeping the project moving. The quality of work is evident in the final result--everything looks polished, intentional, and thoughtfully executed. Bottom Line: New Age stands behind their work and takes ownership to ensure the outcome meets expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, communicative design-build team that produces high-quality results, I'd confidently recommend them.

It was great working with Yotam and Simon. They helped manage some projects that we had for the outside of our house and I was impressed with not only the quality of work but how quickly they had everything done. It was within the said timeline and I feel like that can often times be rare in construction. They're nice people and I highly recommend using them for any renovation/construction needs. We'll definitely work with them for future work for the interior of our house.
