What if I have an HOA?
We have extensive experience working with San Diego HOAs. We’ll help you navigate the approval process, prepare required documentation, and ensure your project meets all HOA guidelines. Many of our clients are in HOA communities, so we know the drill.

Smaller projects like artificial turf or paver patios can start around $15,000, while full outdoor living spaces with kitchens and fire features can go higher. We provide detailed, transparent estimates so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need permits for my project?
Most outdoor projects in San Diego require permits. The good news? We handle all permitting for you. Our team knows local building codes and HOA requirements, and we manage the entire permit process so you don’t have to deal with the hassle.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed (License # 1117768) and insured. We carry both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance to protect you and your property throughout the project.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We work with multiple financing partners to offer flexible payment plans, including options for 100% financing with approved credit. Many of our clients use financing to spread the cost over time. We’ll help you explore your options during the consultation.
Do you handle demolition and removal?
