Who can refer someone?
Anyone, past clients, current clients, friends, family, neighbors, coworkers. You don’t need to have worked with us to refer someone.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Every qualifying referral earns a separate gift card. There is no cap on how many referrals you can submit.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
Your referral must be a new customer who has not previously received a quote from New Age Design and Build. They must sign a contract with a minimum project value of $5,000 and submit their initial deposit.
Can the referral discount be combined with other offers?
No. The referral discount cannot be stacked with other promotions, offers, or financing incentives unless explicitly approved by our team.
When do I get my gift card?
Gift cards are issued within 30 days of your referral’s deposit clearing. The gift card brand and type are at the discretion of New Age Design and Build.
Can I refer myself?
No. The referred person must be from a different household than the referrer.
What if my referral was already in contact with New Age?
To qualify, the referred customer must be new, meaning they have not previously received a consultation, quote, or estimate from us. If they are already in our system, the referral will not qualify.
