Referral Program Terms of Service

Program Overview Existing customers, past clients, and approved partners of New Age Design & Build (“Company”) can refer new customers and earn a gift card reward when the referred party signs a qualifying contract.

How It Works

The referring party (“Referrer”) submits the name and contact information of a prospective customer (“Referred Customer”) through the Company’s referral form. The Referred Customer receives 10% off their project contract. The Referrer receives a $100 gift card after the conditions below are met.

Eligibility & Conditions

1. The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously received a quote or consultation from New Age Design & Build.
2. The Referred Customer must mention the Referrer’s name or use the referral form link at the time of initial contact.
3. The Referrer’s reward is earned only after the Referred Customer signs a contract with a minimum project value of $8,000 and the Company receives the initial deposit.
4. The 10% discount for the Referred Customer applies to the total contract price and cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or financing incentive unless explicitly approved by the Company.
5. The 10% discount does not apply to material-only purchases, permit fees, engineering fees, or previously contracted work.
6. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can submit. Each qualifying referral earns a separate reward.
7. Referrers cannot refer themselves. The Referred Customer must be a different household.
8. Company employees, subcontractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as Referrers.

Reward Fulfillment

Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of the Referred Customer’s deposit clearing. Gift card brand/type is at the Company’s discretion (e.g., Visa, Amazon, or similar). Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the stated amount.

Program Changes & Termination

New Age Design & Build reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals submitted before a program change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.

Disputes

All eligibility determinations and reward decisions are at the sole discretion of New Age Design & Build. The Company’s decision is final.
